Shipping Policy

• We ship all our socks around the 27th of each month so they arrive around the beginning of each month.
• We ship to the United States and internationally to anywhere that Asendia International Mail service and USPS deliver (over 230 countries).
• Asendia International Mail service and USPS will deliver all international shipments from the United States to the entry point of each destination country. At that time, the national postal service of the destination country takes over. Due to the transfer of postal services the tracking information is not always reliable but our team is always available to help track down your socks as best we can.
• It takes on average 6-10 additional days for our international packages to reach their final destination. We have seen much shorter and much longer. We are always available to help track down your socks.
• All shipping charges are included in our price. Below is a breakdown of how that price is affected by different subscriptions based on shipping location.
• We charge a flat additional $1.00 for each pair of socks we ship internationally for pay as you go monthly members and twelve month pre-paid subscriptions. For example the price per month for a pay as you go monthly subscription within the United States is a flat $12 per month. The same subscription shipping internationally is a flat $13 per month.
• Delivery within the United Sates for a pay as you go monthly subscription is $12/per month.
• Delivery to international addresses for a pay as you go monthly subscriber is $13/per month.
• Delivery to an address in the United States for a pre-paid six month subscription is $72 total, which is $12/per month.
• Delivery an international address for a pay pre-paid six month subscription is $78 total, which is $13/per month.
• We provide tracking numbers upon request. Our team is always available to help track down your socks.
