Our January 2018 sock, The Fika, is named for the Swedish tradition of “Fika”, which is about slowing down to appreciate the good things in life, enjoying a cup of co ee, and connecting with family and friends.
Our February sock design was based on the tale of Pyramus and Thisbe. This sock is a classic pattern inspired by a classic love story, made modern by reinterpretation.
Our March sock, The Calavera (Spanish for "skull"), was inspired by Austin’s Southwestern history and aesthetic.
Our April sock, The Rogers, is named for our favorite children's television host. Wear it with your favorite zip-up cardigan to complete the look.
Our May sock, The Memphis, was inspired by the Memphis group. A collective of designers considered responsible for the wild exuberance of '80s design. Of course, as a sock company who hopes to bring wild energy to your ankles, we admire their dedication to thinking outside the box and pushing creativity.
Our June sock, The Nessie, is inspired by antique maps that used illustrated sea monsters to mark hazards across the ocean. We hope that this sock sparks your curiosity, and accompanies you on a grand adventure this summer.
Our July sock, The Pascal, is named after the French mathematician whose work in Combinatorics taught us how to count things, like how many different sock designs are possible.
Our August sock, The Wanderer, encourages you to appreciate the beauty in your everyday, and enjoy your journey as much as your destination.
Our September sock, The Glitch, is inspired by the hardware that makes up computers, and is made by the people who use those computers to bring you great socks, and even better service.
